"Parking is at a distance "

"Paid for two rooms, but one of the rooms had a bad smell. They said theyd take care of it while we were out for dinner. I came back to the room unannounced to an ozone machine running at 8:30pm. You cant be in a room with ozone running for a minumum of 4 hours and in most cases its recommneded 24 hrs or more with limited airflow, like in a hotel. The night manager, minimized it and would not give us a dofferent room or money back. "

"The hotel was pretty clean. Breakfast area was uninviting, you have to put down chairs yourself. It was suppose to be a non-smoking hotel but initial room we were in smelled like smoke. We had to request for a new room. Overall, it’s a budget friendly hotel with friendly staff."

"The staff was very kind and very nice with exception of when I got locked out of my room twice the staff that came to my rescue gave me attitude and yelled at me and I did not appreciate that."

"The room was old. Not even a vent fan in the bathroom. The bar/restaurant had surprisingly good food and the gentlemen behind the bar was very pleasant and accommodating. On the other hand Ruth was rude, nasty, and just awful. Breakfast was a joke. This is a large hotel that only has a breakfast buffet. The place was filled to capacity and certainly unprepared for this breakfast debacle. The kept running out of food and had 2 self serve waffle makers with a capacity crowd, a joke. Make a pot...

"Stay was good"

"Room was clean, facilities were nice but not much to them. No gym or pool, just ping pong. The breakfast was not good. We stayed for a week and the cleaning staff never refreshed the room. We had to bring our trash out to the communal trash can down the hall."

"Good breakfast, very comfortable bed, decent neighborhood, spacious king suite. Hotel is nonsmoking but hallways smelled like cigars. Could hear noise from upstairs room like furniture being dragged. Would be nice if the bedroom doors had doorknobs and a lock. Besides that, would stay again."

"The woman checking us in was less than friendly or informative. Resent the fact that 5.00 is charged for parking at a hotel that is situated out in the middle of nowhere. 1 elevator serving 6 floors..."
