"UNDER CONSTRUCTION !! The facility is undergoing a very much needed remodel, if you are looking for a "NICE" place to stay, do not chose this facility at this time. The staff are dealing with the construction surprisingly well, KUDOS to the team for making guest feel comfortable in a very difficult environment, I would NOT have stayed there had I known of the condition the facility."

"We stayed here for one night. This motel was very lovely. Clean, newly remodeled, plush towels, fresh linens, and a larger mini fridge! The ladies working were super kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This hotel is extremely outdated, and ran down. I guess it wouldn’t be terrible if you’re just passing through and need something better than a car to sleep in, however bed wasn’t much more comfortable. Room was dirty and unwelcoming. We got bit by what I’m assuming was mosquitoes. (Did check for bed bugs and no signs of them) stains on blankets, pillows and pillow cases. Stains and chipped paint on walls. Bathroom, I went and bought Lysol wipes before using the toilet or showering. The shower...

"Communication with the owner was fantastic! He was very quick to respond to my questions. He even gave us great ideas of places to visit in the area and beautiful roads to take on our motorcycle trip. The check in process was seamless and the property was clean and very well maintained. The house was stocked with many supplies needed to live there for a week. The kitchen was great! Pots, pans, plates, and other assorted cookware. There were even common spices in the cupboard for cooking as well....

"We always wanted to stay in an RV. Kids loved it! Grandma not so much! The bathroom was squished with so many towels hanging on the door. Pretty tight for the space vs people! But if we were staying long we probably could have spread out better…. Pool was cold… but two of the boys were fine…"

"This was a cozy but comfortable little cabin in a great location right outdide of Bluestone State Park, which we adored, and also very close to New River Gorge National Park and a couple other beautiful parks. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, and the stay was excellent. Air conditioner and ceiling fans really helped us deal with a few muggy days. Also the hosts had no weird rules or anything, and were super friendly. Highly recommended!"
