"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I must admit this time was the most disappointing. The young lady at check-in was so nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was small, both comforters had stains on them, and they now limit the toilet paper. The room AC didn’t work the best either, no matter how low I put the temp, the room still felt warm.
