"Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The mattresses were a bit stiff for my liking. Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty. The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better. Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean."

"If you are looking for a pristine cabin, this rental is not for you. But if you prioritize location and outdoor activities, this property has a lot to offer. Our family spent Memorial Day weekend here and appreciated the row boat (plenty of life jackets at the cabin, we wouldn't have had to take up room in the car packing our own), charcoal grill on the covered porch, and plenty of board games to keep us occupied during the rainy spells. "Reed and Dawn were great hosts. The cabin is just as advertised. Everything we could have needed to unpack and not leave the cabin for our two week stay is provided if that is what you choose to do. Would recommend and definitely stay again."

"Very peaceful setting. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable furnishings. It was only about a 15 minute drive to Elmira. I had a little trouble getting into the place because there was an email with a security code that I mistook for the entry code. Lots of nice touches--tissues in several rooms, ceiling fans, nice bath towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. I especially appreciated the bottled water in the fridge."
