"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome.
Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) "The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. "

"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text.
I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in.
Once in the property, things didn't really improve. The maintenance of the place is shocking and...
