"As you walk in, it is apparent that they are cleaning up from a car running through the back door and broke the water line. However, they opened but only had 2 apple juice bottles and frozen pastries for breakfast when they advertised a full breakfast. Also, it is moldy everywhere and my allergies acted up within 10 minutes in my room. "

"We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean...

The special details down to coffee, shower supplies, fully stocked kitchen, fans, plenty of blankets, pack n’ play, etc. made this home feel like OUR home. "One of the best rentals I’ve ever had the privilege to stay in. The home has everything you need while being away from home I was able to host my family for dinner as I was visiting from Washington state there is plenty of room for parking. It’s centrally located and very quiet. I highly recommend and look forward to staying there again. The backyard has a fire pit and barbecue and plenty of seating.
