This was a very clean and cute space! Loved how there was shopping, a bookstore and coffee shop within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again and great host!

If you are traveling in the Monett, MO area and looking for someone to stay that is pet friendly I would recommend staying here! The hosts are very thoughtful and this loft in an old building downtown is very charming!

If you’re looking for a place nearby, this is it…even if you have to drive an additional 20 minutes to get to your meeting, or event. It is totally worth it.I would definitely stay there again.

Great communication. Very cute place to stay. Love the balcony view of downtown. Great coffee shop next door. The unit is upstairs (beautiful staircase), which was not a problem for us. Only stayed 1 night but I would definitely stay here again if I need to stay overnight in Monett.

Perfect old downtown loft

This might be my favorite place to stay. I hope this old downtown comes back to life because this is a gem of a place. We walked a few doors down to the historical museum where we got an amazing tour. Go get coffee at Great Dave’s Coffee on the way to the museum. This is a great place to stay if you love historic streets

Absolutely Fantastic

We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in the Loft. Clean, comfortable, up-to-date, and within walking distance of great venues, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The hosts (Thad and Rexanna) were super friendly and helpful during the entire process. We cannot recommend it enough. Thank you for such a great experience. We will DEFINITELY be back!

This place was fantastic! This is a historic renovation on the quaint main street of downtown Monett. The block it is on is an old, Midwest Main Street - a great coffeeshop and bookstore downstairs. And another historic renovation brewery a block away. It feels a bit like going back in time with modern amenities. High ceilings, tons of natural light, wood floors… why would you ever stay at the motels in town if this place is available? Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Ample parking.

Get away weekend

Absolutely impressed with the Loft. In this case the pictures did not do the place justice. Opened the door and both of us relaxed into the apartment. Stayed an extra night. Will come back sometime in the future.
