"Bring your own s’more supplies, roasting forks and a broom. The cabin was intimate and overall comfortable. Needed some extra cleaning as there was a large pile of leaves on the entrance into the cabin, so they kept getting tracked in regardless of the no shoes policy. They ran of out s’more supplies and didn’t communicate that nor offer a replacement so just bring your own to be on the safe side. There was literally only 2 small towels and washcloths as well so either request more immediately...

"This property was very clean and comfortable. It is a nice place to have a family gathering."

"It was a great space for four people. Loved the location to Utica and local attractions! It was a great getaway!"

"Perfect for a little family getaway! The heat advisory kept us inside more than we’d planned, but the place is set up nicely, so we still had a great time playing games and making meals together!"

"Great and cute place! Nice size as well. The only drawback was there was animal hair all over the couch so we had to put blankets down to sit on. Also there is nowhere to hang wet towels or anything to dry"

"We have stayed here several times and always enjoy ourselves. The lofts are in a great location and well-maintained, cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is convenient and stocked with essentials. Jen is also super responsive."

"Fantastic Location and very airy, modern and comfortable rooms. Great shower!"
