"This is an older property but that is reflected in the room rate. The room is extremely clean. There are NO bugs. It’s right off 95 and so easy to get back on the road. It’s a 6 minute drive to downtown (the quaint area). There are restaurants you can walk to. It’s just what you need. I would recommend this place for families making a stopover on their way to Disney or any travelers just needing a clean room for the night."

"There was no free breakfast offered as promised on the Expedia site due to renovation work going on at the property. Our room was fairly clean minus a string of dental floss on the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room was very old. I can see why they are renovating."

Eight adults stayed at the house and 10 local family members visited. Large play area in basement was perfect for the children. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture in spacious great room for adults. Decor added to comfortable atmosphere. We had good weather so first floor deck with outdoor couches and table were used...
