  • Set in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, close to all shopping, antique malls, the Fredericksburg walking paths, breweries/wineries, restaurants and the Rappahannock river, you're really going to enjoy your stay. Make memories with your family and friends in this historic landmark!

    This is a beautiful unit set in an old historic church that is over 150 years old. This unit has a separate entrance at the back of the church with designated parking. It is 3 levels with an antique spiral staircase leading down to the large open living area downstairs. The downstairs living area also serves as the second bedroom with a daybed, pull out couch bed, dedicated closet, and it's own exterior access. There is a small deck/balcony off the level with the main bedroom. It has a completely remodeled interior with new modern decor. This unit has brand new kitchen, appliances, and original old hardwood flooring.

This was a great property and centrally located within walking distance of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property owner was responsive to all questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!

We loved the downtown location! The parking specifically for unit c is very tight so we had to park on the other side. Walking down to the basement is a chore! Stairs are very tight, but the kids loved it! Had a musky pet smell mostly upstairs in the carpeted areas. The upstairs bathroom in particular was very dirty. I had to rinse the tub out because there was hair everywhere. There were only 3 towels left in the bathroom and 5 of us. We ended up finding more in the downstairs(basement) closet which was an odd place to leave towels but at least we found more. All bed had a very hard feel so was not comfortable. We put air on 69 and it never got below 75 so felt warm and stuffy the whole stay. Kitchen was nice and updated. Appreciated the decor and mirrors everywhere. Made the space feel bigger than it was. Pillows were placed by windows in basement(like that when we got there) maybe to help with privacy, but would have been nice to have a curtain there. Didn't feel safe leaving the kids downstairs by themselves. Overall it was an OK stay.

It was not a 2 bedroom as listed. It is a one bedroom with a downstairs living area that has a day bed. The kitchen needs more plates, bowls and utensils.

Perfect location!

This is the perfect location for exploring historic downtown Fredericksburg. Just blocks away from the train station and from quaint shops and eateries, not to mention the Rappahannock River. We loved staying here!

Location is great. The dedicated parking spot is a highlight. Charming 3 level apartment with a full kitchen. Walkable to all the sights. Host was quick to reply with answers to any questions.
