"There was nothing special about the property. In recent days we have stayed in another hotel that included free drinks, light dinner, and breakfast at the same price. On a personal note, the lobby is so highly perfumed it is actually difficult to breathe. We will probably seek another hotel next time we visit Knoxville."

"We were disappointed with a few things. We got there at 7:33 pm and no front desk check in person was present. Front desk was closed so you have to call them on the phone. Expedia info said 9 pm. The lady that had to come check us in appeared to be a bit put out for having to do it. Front desk wasn't open until 9 am so trying to get info or extras was a bit of a task. No coffee maker or dishes in the room was also unpleasant. Maybe we missed it in the descriptions but I have never been to...

"The hotel has potential to be great. It needs to be renovated. The pool area looks great but outdated.Indoor pool needs lounge chairs. Keyfabs needs updating. We have 2 key cards one works the other doesn’t end up getting 4 card key cards."
