"The suite i was in the ac/heater unit in the bedroom didn't work and the breakfast area (mainly drink area) was disgusting. Also told saturday morning by a staff member the water park was closed down all day. when i went to the front desk they hadnt heard anything. Thankfully it wasn't shut down but maybe next time not going around to all the parents and telling them when you don't have the truth or full story."

"Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”. The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night. Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH...

"Really great place, the staff was very nice! The room was clean, neat, everything worked well. Looks like it has been recently updated/remodeled. The outside they were doing spring cleaning and maintenance. All in all, a great choice for an inexpensive place! I'll be staying there again on my next trip."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as cereal and oatmeal options and yogurt and fresh fruit. There was a waffle maker and a toaster available. The coffee was really good and there is a water filling station. This is a very good value !"

"HI Express in Blackwell OK appears new, well-kept. No daylight allowed cuz large window opened onto parking area. Could not turn on lamp on "desk" -- tried power switch several times but no light. Shower floor in tub very slippery -- had to be very careful on faint grippers."
