"Spent over $800 to stay here for 3 nights and it was a terrible experience. Literally just scam you for every dollar. Paid parking which they didn’t explain, over priced drinks with 20% automatic tip, and someone charging alcohol to my room at the pool (which I disputed and was later refunded). This hotel sucks. Total waste. The pool is the only good thing about it."

"I love this hotel! It's always very clean, in a great location, and feels very safe. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every stay even better. I've stayed here several times and will definitely continue to stay here whenever I'm in the area. While I haven't tried the breakfast yet, it looks like they offer a great selection. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Breakfast was the standard fare, yet tasteful. Coffee was good and hot. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Nice walking distance about 3-5 minutes from the harbor shops and Lake Ray Hubbard. Highly recommend doing that. Walking distance to eating. Air conditioner was louder than "white noise" limit to me. Overall a 4 stars because both elevators were out of order by the end of my stay."

"The shower quality was much better than I had expected! My room was comfortable and the AC was great. As for staffs, I had to interact with them a couple times, mainly due to the key room cards but it was sorted quickly. Overall, the stay was good."

All the staff were friendly and helpful with all my questions and needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our dinner . I like how they offer Bbq area and the equipment as well as seasoning to grill your own foods too. "
