"Was given a room without a working TV, then moved rooms, no Hot Water. No Housekeeping, not told upon check in that Housekeeping was upon request only. Not told upon check in that every other room on my floor had no working TV's, Not satisfied, was in town for a Memorial Service. Finding somewhere to shower just added to my grief and stress levels. Have NEVER had an experience like this."

"I booked this hotel through Expedia specifically because it included breakfast and listed a working pool. When I arrived, the hotel refused to honor the breakfast that was clearly included in my reservation, even after showing my confirmation. On top of that, the pool was not working, which was another reason I chose this hotel. This was not communicated ahead of time. Very disappointing experience.
