"Room, staff and hotel were nice and easy walk to restaurants and Fever game. Would have given five stars if not for the AC unit. The unit kicked on and off constantly and kept me awake. In the hotels defense, I did not complain or give them a chance to remedy the situation as the hotel was full but it would make me pause to stay here again."

"The toilet ran all night . the handling the bathtub was loose. Loud Traffic terrible all night long. Wasn't allowed to go in the pool of the hot tub in the morning . I recommend you spend more money someplace else."

"Everything was beautiful and spacious. The valet was great. The front staff was great. However, the in house bartenders and wait staff were EXTREMELY rude. I’m a bartender and I don’t say that often but they were blatantly rude. We went next door and to other bars nearby and had a great time. I would seriously look at retraining the bar staff on simple kindness and customer service."
