Just wished the check in time and check out time was a little bit wider as the pass is required to enter the provincial park and without it you aren’t able to enter so there’s barely enough daylight to actually enjoy that amenity if your staying for only one night. "Property is in a nice location with river view and close to Campbellford. Pool was small but very clean. Cabins, however, are old, run-down and not very clean. Ceiling fan didn't work, light bulbs were missing, some windows would not open and fire pit was not cleaned out from previous guests prior to our arrival. Cabins and property need a freshening and fixing up."
