"The room was nice and clean, what really made my stay negative, was when I checked in. I specifically stated to the concierge that I had 2 dogs, which she told me was $30 per dog $60 total and I said ok and paid it, when I went to check out I saw that I had an extra $20 charge so I asked about it as I was checking out and the same person who checked me in, told me oh it’s because you have big dogs. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower.
