"This place was absolutely perfect for us. 7 guys getting together and returning to Blue after 5 years away. 50th birthday year for me, and a 49th while we were there.  Couldnt be happier with every aspect of this stay.  Place was spotless, bright where it should be and dark curtains allowed for sleep-in time for a few.  Kitchen has everything you need, linens were clean and fresh. Was offered another property inconveniently further away, and was a downgrade and huge inconvenience. 2. we immediately noticed that the door had been replaced. However, the unit still was under construction with exposed drywall and grout. Also in bedroom. The lock in main door did not work and there was no exterior lighting. 3. "Great place. Well decorated. Well situated. Approx 12 minute walk to BM, albeit on busy road. The porch is absolute gem. Some tres and small rice to see and hear. A few hiccups, however given my international travel and humanitarian work, not a big deal. Owners very responsive and prompt in reply. Reviews should be that of guest decision and is important to have that ability. Most pple are fair in their reviews. Thank you"
