Newly Renovated Studio at the Base of Blue Mountain

Our gorgeous studio chalet is perfect for two! Completely renovated with fresh new floors, custom kitchen and fireplace. Located right at the base of the ski hill our cozy chalet is a lovely fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Our chalet is ski in ski out and located right at the North Chair. Blue Mountain Village only 1Km away, as well as the Scandinavia Spa , Northwinds Beach and restaurants. Come and enjoy all that Blue Mountain has to offer!

Neighborhood description

The Blue Mountains has a host recreational activities for all the seasons. Most notably is the winter Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowshoeing and Cross-country Skiing. In the summer there is hiking, downhill/cross-country biking, an extravagant mini putt, the Ridge Runner and events such as Met Con Blue. If physical activities are not what you are looking for, The Village at Blue Mountain has a plethora of boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and chalets, as well as golf courses within walking distance.

Less than a 5-minute drive away there is the Scandinavian Spa which is situated on 25 acres of natural Ontario birch, as well as the Scenic Caves for those who want to experience a different kind of adventure. Craigleith Provincial Park is located along Highway 26 near Blue Mountain resort.

The Bruce Trail passes through sections of the town. The Kolapore area for mountain biking and cross-country skiing, Metcalfe Rock which is popular with rock climbers as well as the Duncan Crevice Caves Nature Reserve are in the area as well

* This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes/vaping) will be permitted inside the condo, on the balcony or within 1 meter of the North Creek Resort balconies. Violators will risk losing their security deposit if any smoke or smell is detected. By booking, you acknowledge this charge and agree to pay it. Please be informed that this unit is being used by families with small children and cigarette/marijuana leaves strong odors that are hard and costly to remove. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

We have recently updated our condo and please ask that you treat it like your own home. Please avoid wearing outdoor footwear, (especially wet shoes/boots) when inside the unit.

The owners of North Creek Resort reserve the right to close the hot tub/pool due to maintenance, inclement weather or for any other unforeseen issues at any time, without prejudice and without affecting the guests full rental rate.

In the event that there are disruptions with our cable, internet or Wi-Fi services due to power outages or for any other unforeseen issues at any time, this will not affect the guests' full rental rate and without prejudice to the owners.

I was so pleased with our stay at this property. The hosts were excellent. Fast and friendly communication. The unit was clean and well stocked with anything we could have needed for our weekend getaway. We have stayed in other units in the same complex and this was by far our favourite and we would definitely stay here again. Also the bed is SO comfortable! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The unit was excellent. VRBO however sent us the wrong entry code. As we were going to a wedding and needed to change before attending this created a very stressful situation. We changed in the washrooms of the admin office and only gain access to the unit half way through the wedding when the host sent me directly the proper code. This was in no way the fault of the host and the property was very nice.

Just what we needed

The studio apartment is cozy and had all that we needed. The condo unit itself is a bit run down on the outside. The location is great, close to Blue Mountain and the beach or short drive to Collingwood. Perfect for a short getaway!

Comfortable stay

Everything was great, just 2 smaller things that could be better, the village from this location is a 20 min walk not a couple min, it was a couple min to a section of the ski hill yes. The other thing was recycling, not sure if it was because they had not put any out yet cause early in the year but there was no recycling bins in the garbage area so we needed to throw out everything in garbage. Like I said minor things but the rest as very good stay. Thank you

Over night getaway

My husband and I had a great stay over night in Jan. Check-in and out was easy and everything was as listed. The temperature setting for the heating was low so we had to override it to be a bit warmer, and it kept defaulting back to the low setting (too cold). That could be fixed easily by changing the settings so it can be warmer when guests are in the unit.
