"The property was located in a quiet area of town situated on a city block of property. We wanted something off the beaten path and this was perfect! We stayed in the cottage. Bed was comfy. The antique furniture fit in nicely and gave you that step back in time feeling. There was an issue with the AC during the night and it quit working but it was tolerable as the temps outside were in the 70’s and the ceiling fan in our room kept the air moving. We loved the property. We felt it could use...

"The staff was extremely customer oriented. I will stay here again, as we have family in Georgia, and this hotel is about half way there."

"Beautiful house. Very clean and family friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend."

"Dara is great - very hospitable and communicative. She met me upon arrival and was quick to respond to any questions. She even made me breakfast which was delicious and definitely not required. Her property is private and easy to find. I would not hesitate to book with her again."

"If I could give this zero stars I would. This house had an active mouse and roach infestation. The owner sent out pest control and their answer was glue traps. One room was completely unusable. The smoke alarms didn’t work - none had batteries. A realtor walked into the house while we were sitting there on a Sunday to show the house and we were never informed of this. The carpets and walls are dirty. This house was so gross and should not be on the rental market. Skip it. Believe the other bad...

"It was a scam!!! Never got checked in!! I will have my office file a formal complaint on Monday morning. We will require a full refund and some compensation!!!"

Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic weekend of lounging on the dock, making food in the well stocked kitchen, and relaxing in nature at this amazing property! "We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as described. It was so relaxing being tucked back in the woods rocking on the front porch. Host was very friendly and suggested some good restaurants to try out. My only suggestion is to let the guest know ahead of time where exactly to turn to get to the house. Our GPS stopped us short but luckily my friend was able to find on another website exactly where to turn for the driveway. I would recommend this house to others and would stay here again. "

"Amazing property on the lake, great house, and great wildlife to look at. Tanner the host was awesome to deal with, and I'd definitely stay again if ever in that area. Thanks again Tanner,Roy C."

"The property was very clean, it had a great view and easy access to the lake. The outside area was so nice having lights and plenty of activities to occupy our time. Some of the people wanted to stay outdoors all night. Very nice property, we will definitely rent again if in the Tuscaloosa area."

"Great little place on the bank of Lake Tuscaloosa! Wonderful communication with host! Internet, smart TV, grill and firepit. Would be nice to have kitchen towels and blinds or curtains upstairs. Overall great!"

"This is a great property that will be rebooked by our family. Communication was Crystal clear and easy to get in touch with the owner."

"The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"What a unique opportunity. We felt like we were in a really remote area. There was only one vacant small cabin near us. It was private but close enough to local food and restaurants to drive to dinner. The cabin was extremely well appointed. The morning of departure i found the eclectic music collection on site and enjoyed listening to Beethoven with my morning coffee and later a little Eric Clapton. What a great trip! We were able to grill steaks there and in more inclimate weather would...
