Security Measures:

• For the safety of everyone, we have exterior surveillance in place with Ring cameras. We also have noise monitors inside the home.



Additional Guest Fee:

• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 6 people





Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
