"The rooms were set up as studio apartments for two room mates. The TV was not laid out where you could comfortably watch. The TV did not work until maintenance replaced the remote batteries. The AC worked great when you were awake but after maintenance made programming changes. At night the AC would shut down because no motion was detected. You had to get out of bed and make a motion to enable it to turn on. The location is a block from a busy hospital ER. Many ambulances...

"This is my second time staying at the home and it’s been another lovely experience. It’s nice to have a cozy place to stay when i visit. The home is supplied with the basic utensils, towels, seasonings, and cleaning products. Everything is clean, organized, and the hosts are communicative and easy to get ahold of. The area is also quiet and friendly "

"It was late and I couldn’t get into the VRBO. It was late the the VRBO customer service was terrible. The rep was nice and tried to help but she couldn’t get support from others due to “high volume of calls”. I was on hold over an hour. The host was very nice once we connected and offered another place to stay for the night. "

"Very nice and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice bedrooms. Only draw back NO televisions are in the bedrooms. I am a tv addict I have to have a tv in my bedroom. If tv’s were in the bedrooms this would be a 10++ rating. But seriously other than that everything is as exactly as stated in advertising and in person. I have an event in Champaign in July I am seriously considering renting this one again but again seriously the tv issue would be the only thing that would stop me."
