"Great stay"

"There was one thing in the room that we stayed at on June 3,, we did not get a handicap room. I would suggest that all staff members and management, go to room 115 first floor near check in desk and try sitting on the toilet. The toilet was mad for a 5 year old. This was bad. Please, check this out. Not kidding."

Room rates are reasonable, staff are always very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast - included with the room - is varied, tasty and well-stocked, and the location is by the I-10 and a budget gas station. "This is an older historic hotel. It's been well maintained overall. The staff were always quite helpful and gracious in their assistance. I'd gladly stay again. Also, the Inn was was a short walk from the restaurant #Celitos which served green chili chicken enchiladas. The enchiladas were really good even if they were a bit spicy, according to my husband. Great accomodating staff along with some very good enchiladas, I'll gladly return whenever we're in Las Cruces again."

"This is an older hotel, but the rooms felt clean and had been remodeled. The bathrooms still needed to be remodeled. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again."

"I booked and paid ahead for an ADA accommodation and was told at check in that our room was given away because we were late to check in. My mom uses a walker and we were put on the second floor with stairs being the only access, very disappointing."

"Very clean stay! We are pickyyy when it comes to the cleanliness of a hotel and this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed. Has a great spread for breakfast, not much to eat from walking distance but a small drive will give you many options. There is a movie theater next door which would have been a fun option time permitting."

"Room smell so bad of stale cigarettes I had to buy a air freshener spray just to sleep. Don't blame the hotel staff but reservations thru expedia didn't say it was a smoking room. But this was bad...very bad smell."

"The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good."
