"Check in we rough—we arrived to Rochester around 1:45 AM and the gentleman checking us in wanted to get the Door App working instead of just giving us key card. I explained I had downloaded the App but that it gave me no login instructions after about 20 minutes of going back and forth and me just asking him repeatedly for a different option he said he figured out the problem and that the property itself never “invited” me to use the app. What a pain! The property was clean and convenient but...

"Good hotel with plenty of space to spread out. Great location with coffee and dining across the street. Easy to find and easy access to highways. Will stay here again!"

"No step entry had a 10 inch step up to an uneven floor. Pet friendly cover up smell greeted you when you opened the door. Area rugs in front room & bedroom were dirty. Furnace blew cold air constantly. Host tried to say we had air on. Looked spacious in ad but was tiny and cramped."
