"We stayed for one night but couldn't sleep well because the air conditioning didn't cool the room. Enduring the heat was awful; after spending the day by the pool in the sun, the lack of cool air in the room kept us from sleeping, and we all woke up with headaches. Otherwise, it is a good place to visit with children."

We lost the car keys and they didn't even went inside the office to look and said they don't have it but later at night when we came back and asked the front desk he went inside the office and got the lost keys."

"This is a very large hotel that typically has 4 small elevators. For two of the days we were there two of the elevators were broken. On the last day of our stay they were down to one elevator for the entire hotel. There were 3 wheelchair users that I saw on the last day that were struggling with long waits. Families with strollers were having difficulties because of the situation. Also the parking lot is too small for the hotel that it serves. And the front wheelchair entrance was blocked all...

"No signs were there on the 4 th floor as to where the Elevator was!Elevator doors had one opening for maintenance and same time another for the floor giving the impression of a two star and not a four or five star hotel. There were no laundry machines so this should be disclosed that no washer and dryer on premises. The Staff was very Friendly. The hotel lacked the feel of a four or five star Sheraton hotel"

"Yo we didn't have an ice bucket in the room or a fridge. There was no coffee. Also there was a really large space in the room and we really didn't have any activities to fill that large space. Otherwise the stay was fantastic, the bacon was this weird kind that was shaved thin but it was still delicious, and the eggs were a little bit meh, but it was in walking distance of many exciting mediocre things to do in Frisco"
