"Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. "The property has a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach where you can walk and walk in either direction. The property was clean and comfortable with two great decks. As other reviewers have noted, the decor is dated. That didn't bother me because I've never stayed in a beach house that seemed up-to-date and I think the price reflects it. My only complaint is that it's a little beat up inside and out. Nothing that ruined my stay, but worth noting. I would gladly stay there again."

"We have stayed here on multiple occasions and each time we have had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable for us, we were able to get a good night’s rest after a few hours of driving. Plus the complimentary breakfast was really nice to have before leaving the next day. Staff was also very kind even when checking in late in the evening. We have made staying here our number one choice when in town. Thanks!"
