"The room smelled like a dog had been its previous guest. The a/c doesn’t go below 66, which is fine unless you’re menopausal. Lol. The carpet was chewed in one place due to previous guests and the walls were scratched up and dirty. Not too bad on a lot of people’s standards, but I guess I just expect more from a Hampton Inn."

"Wendy courteously checked us in and provided information. The room was very clean and nice, bedding comfortable and amenities good. There's a fridge with small freezer, coffee machine and microwave. There's an ice bucket,though you do have to go to the office area to fill it. The room was wonderfully chilled when we arrived mid afternoon which was great since it was 97 outside. "bathroom exaust fan did not work. shower was poor, door lock needs work or replacing. door needs weatherstripping. lights missing bulbs, tile missing in bathroom behind door. bathroom door is filthy and wall mount lights flop if you touch them. our room is overdue for a good clean and refurbish."

"On the room we found a roach, I mean I don’t care about it but I know there’s people out there that would be crazy if they found the same thing, also there wasn’t Soap, shampoo and conditioner and the shower, thank god we brought our ones from home but yeah, everything else was normal I’ll say, is not the first time we went over there. "Rooms are so dirty and stained with nasty looking stuff on the sofa and floor. All the light outlets were burnt up and unusable. I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the cord to a lamp. Not all the lights worked. I felt so dirty staying here, I will never again book this place. "
