"Check-in was so easy and the staff was very friendly and even offered the best chocolate chip cookies. Room was overlooking courtyard for a pretty night view. Very clean, quiet and provided everything we needed. It was an extremely cold day so no sitting outside. Loved the laid back feel of this beautiful historic hotel. Hopefully we can visit again on a warmer day. "

Not a lot of amenities, but all we needed was a warm, comfortable place to stay for the night. They only provide bar soap... No shampoo conditioner or lotions. It's an older hotel that could use some updating. But again , for the price , it was very comfortable for our needs."

The room was in a one story building with parking right outside the door. The room was large with a table, couch, king size bed and bench for suit cases. The bathroom (water closet) was a good size with a shower tub, and the sink was part of a vanity outside the water closet. The heating was controlled by a thermostat and the room was comfortable.
