"This place was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable and almost at home. We did have e an issue with the Roku not being set up but staff was great getting all the info we needed and getting it all set up. On our last night the host even moved her car for us to take her spot because the lot was full. Will definitely book again."

Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. "Great location and close to family in center of Oak Park 3 bedrooms worked great for all to have own bed. We managed with 1 bathroom but planned ahead kitchen was adequate but fridge was a bit dated Front sitting area was a gem and really enjoyed that common space Street was under construction nearby but really helped for any noise. Very quiet when we stayed Garage parking and space to turn around so not backing into traffic was also key! Definitely plan to return as hosts were great and...
