"It was perfect for what we needed! There was a shortage of towels, but we just did laundry, easy fix. The rooms do not stay dark in the mornings with the shades white, if you are looking for a deep sleep. The bunk beds seem very wobbly for the 15 year old kiddos we had."

"This house was amazing! This was a perfect location for Grand Park baseball and Kokomo. This quiet community was the perfect escape for a relaxing trip. The house was well stocked and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Ryan was very attentive and made sure we were safe with severe weather in the area one evening. "The property is gorgeous. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. We had 12 guests and plenty of room for everyone. Perfect great room and kitchen area for all of us to hang out. The sound system is amazing. We really enjoyed the basement and all the games. Easy drive to and from Rouff. I would recommend bringing outdoor chairs. There are only 4 in the backyard."

"This is a unique property where up to 30 people can stay. We were there with 23 people (ages 4 to 86) for a family reunion. The 2 large rooms with many bunk beds reminded me of summer camp.
