"Cozy little place for sure. We needed place close to City of Rocks.had everything we needed. Couple of suggestions for the host and guests. A little trash can for the portopotty. One of the bed is on the loft..ladder to get to it is tricky to get down. Unlees you're 6ft tall and strong enough to left over head, let the host know you be using. Otherwise you'd have message the host. Response was quick for us but things come up sometimes. Overall, happy and will stay again. "

"Cute older home with charming decor and some beautiful antique furnishings! Rigo and Victoria are very nice hosts and the kitchen is well stocked, although it doesn’t have a dishwasher, garbage disposal or ice maker. We really loved the fence in front and back for our dogs! But it was hard for me to sleep here because the bedrooms are not air conditioned and when the outside temps were over 80 the ceiling fans weren’t enough to keep the bedrooms cool. "When we arrived to the property all the heat was off and it was super cold also they charged me 650 for comforters that had some dog fur on them no stains just needed to be washed just be mindful that they will overcharge you for every little thing "

"The Farm Cottage was so great! It one of the best places we have stayed, and we travel a lot. It had every amenity. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, including spices. There were games to play and lots of bedding options.We had no complaints."
