"Stayed one night with family. Power went out but Staff was quick to respond when contacted and it was restored within minutes. They even came to the room to make sure. Nice to have AC but it got a bit warm overnight. Room was good. Our room faced the Main Street and there was some road noise throughout the night. Overall a good stay."

"Beautiful property, quiet, clean room with the most comfortable bed. Room needs updated though. Toilet ran, sink would clog, paint chipping in bathroom and fireplace didn't have gas turned on. The only other complaint was missing staff at front desk on the only day we went to the office. People waiting to check in but no staff around for at least a half hour. Housekeepers don't speak English so they weren't helpful. Not sure I'd stay there again. The price was a little high for the room not...

"Check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Once I found my room, I through my bags in the room and immediately left to eat dinner, etc. When I returned I realized our AC barely functioned and we had one lamp working with the worst yellow lightbulb, could barely see anything. However, I did see what I think was dried up pepperoni on the floor. It was obvious they don’t triple check their cleaning. À notre départ, je n’arrivais pas à comprendre ma facture, ils avaient fait une erreur, ils ont finalement appelé quelqu’un qui parlait français et ils ont soustrait ce montant de ma facture. "Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets."
