"Very nice room. I would recommend it"

"The second I stepped out of my car and unloading my cooler I was instantly approached asking if I was staying there. I was and I was there for my birthday. So felt a bit disrespected. Planned to chill by the pool and have some drinks. He then advised I could not have my own drinks by the pool. So I chilled out by the picnic tables with my cooler waiting on my room to be ready. "Beware DO NOT stay here. It's disgusting its so dirty. The staff is rude the room was so dirty I had to ask for broom and mop to clean it myself. The bed is like laying on cardboard. This by the way is no exaggeration. You've been warned. I don't know how this place is open."

"Clean room,"

"Everyone was real nice and helpful."

"I booked a King Room and when I got there they told me my King was not available and that I needed to switch to a 2 queen bed room. They didnt even refund me money. I check online and the king room was more expensive. So why would they not value me as a costumer? why is someone else more valuable to get my room? money? Why did I get recriminated? I really think Holiday Inn was very wrong about this with no further explanation. My money is the same then every one else no matter they status."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Swift with help for concerns"

"October 2026 update: this is a nice property that's just staring to show its age. The hotel was nicely renovated maybe 5-10 years ago and they did a good job with all the finishings, nice tile, etc. However its right at that time when its scuffed up and worn out enough to need a refresher. Likely OK for maybe another year or so."

"Solo un poquito más de calidad en las habitaciones"

"Very comfortable."

"Mejorar el desayuno"
