"Both the AC and the freezer were broken. The AC had a weird sign on it explaining to not set it below 65 and that it takes to cool off and only move it 2 degrees at a time... This is code for we know this is broken but we're not doing anything about it. The room was probably 85 degrees. Elevator was in rough shape, hallways were dingy. The pictures online made this place look way better than it is."

"we got to the hotel and was told check in was at 3pm, when i mentioned that Expedia itinerary said 2pm, the front desk said ok, 2pm. we left and came back at 2pm. we were given the room 121 key. i open the door and the beds were not made; there is towels on the floor in the bathroom and the floor is not clean. i got ahold of the housekeeping girl, she said oh one moment and went to the office. the phone rang in the room; my husband answered and was told to move over to the next room 120. that...

"The sink for the bathroom kept backing up. The faucet was loose. There was no USB ports for charging phones or any electronics. The towels and the bathroom were very thin and old and didn't drag you off and kind of stained"
