"So the check in process was fairly easy, housekeeping staff in the hallways were extremely nice and helpful when you needed anything. The Front desk staff was okay,, breakfast staff was really attentive . We really enjoyed the closeness to the laundry facilities on the second floor."

"The room was adequate but the bathroom could use refurbishing. Some sltaff were very nice and competent, others not so mufh. Our phone did inot work, totally dead. When I went to the desk I was told simplel that some of the rooms have non working phones. No offer to replalvler il ot address it. BreaKFast was ok; typical of the offering of this level of hotel."

"The elevator did not work and I was told it’s been that way for a very long time. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. The stairway smelled like pee and had pet hair all over. The room was clean but the carpet smelled bad."

"The place is in a good location. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I felt hot the whole time and I even complained about it, they didn’t do anything to accommodate us. The restroom was as poorly maintained. No trashcan no air ventilation. I don’t think ill be staying here again. If you want an early check in be sure to ask if there is a charge for it."
