"We were allowed to check in two hours early so that we could be ready for an event. Our suite was perfect for traveling with our 13 yr old son. He enjoyed being able to stay up late and have control of the remote while his dad and I could have our own room and tv. Even though we only stayed one night, it came equipped with all the amenities for a longer stay…dishes, silverware, full-size fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher. I didn’t want to go home!"

"We were first given keys to an occupied room. They upgraded our room for the inconvenience but I didn’t want a room with a jet tub. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The breakfast was extremely limited, cold, and poor."

"The room was clean and quiet. I had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was fairly standard; hard boiled eggs, cereal, make your own waffle, juice, yogurt etc. The staff did an excellent job replenishing food and cleaning the Breakfast area."

"There were some stains on the wall and in the shower. The sliding door was broken (off its track) when we arrived. The towels were so scratchy. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but could definitely improve the facilities."

"If you have a weak stomach from smells do not stay there. The room was clean. The stool didn’t work. The smell in the office and hallway was terrible. I even used Lysol spray and that couldn’t cut it. "

"The facility was wonderful however the front desk staff was not. We were first told we did not have a room and then had to find someone to help her. Not professional at all! The pool was out of towels I asked the same front desk person for a towel she begrudgingly got one for me but added "we have a towel shortage". Front desk staff in need of customer service training both in behavior and appearance!"
