"The room was fairly clean although the landline and some other spots were dusty. The toilet didn’t work but they fixed it within 15 minutes. The workers were all nice and accommodating."

"Clean lobby, hallways, fresh paint smelt like. Sheets smelt clean looked kinda grubby/ dirty looking. Bathroom was nice till you took a shower, blood stains an snot on the inside of the shower curtain. Breakfast was kinda bleak."

"This is my 2nd time staying here for the Boone Super Nationals. We stay for a whole week and it's super convenient. We have never had any issues while staying here. I will say this year the breakfast changed. Didn't have as much as was out last year and you had to make sure to come out early because they don't keep up with the warm selections. But overall a great place to stay!"

"Breakfast for the two mornings we were there was very disappointing. Biscuits & gravy on both mornings had just 1 biscuit and a couple spoonfuls of gravy. No cartons of milk were offered….a carafe of skim milk was provided near the dry cereals. On the second morning the coffee machine had an “out of order” sign on it. There was a waffle maker, toaster, small muffins, & yogurt. This was the worst buffet breakfast we have ever experienced. We will be in this area many times in the future, but...

"I like the pool which is open till 10pm. Guests can still swim for late check in. There is no lotion only shampoo and conditioner. Bar soap is so hard to wash off so slippery just towel off. It might have so much moisturizer. There is a fly in the room. I like the beds and shower. The fridge is big, you can put enough food and drinks. Breakfast: there is cereal but no milk. Milk came when we are all done eating. Staff are nice ."

"Poor management. Booked this hotel specifically due to its location and it had a bar. Bar was open only one night and Starbucks did not open at all. Will look for another hotel for our next stay in.Ames."
