"It was ‘ok’ but an overall disappointment. The slide is broken and they said they’re not sure if they’ll ever repair it. Another guest yelled at our kids at the pool and ruined the experience. I’ll never go back there. Don’t recommend it."

"It says parking is $18 a day when checking out after a two night stay I was charged $108. Called the front desk and got no answer."

"Room was small but overall hotel was pretty cool. Great location, bed was ok but annoyed it was tough to get a cup of coffee in the morning and the espresso machine was down apparently….. would expect better from this hotel to get it fixed quickly or buy another one"

"Floor in our room was sticky… felt generally unclean and smelled of cologne. The hallways smelled Iike weed. Mentioned this to the front desk an only response was “yeah I noticed that too… it’s weird because we fine $250 for smoking in the rooms”… no apology just that. Pool was SO COLD my kids only lasted 15 min playing when normally they enjoy swimming much longer. "

"Cards to get in the room stop working about 25minutes before check out. Was just inconvenient to have to go down stairs and reactivate cards to finish carry stuff to the car"
