"The staff was pleasant and helpful but the room was outdated, did not have usb access to charge phones, internet was ok once I got it downloaded. Room door wouldn’t lock, maintenance man worked on it for over 3 hours and finally just had to change out entire locking key mechanism. Very disappointed with this particular motel. Usually have very nice and updated rooms. 👎"

"I don’t have a problem staying in barebones motels/hotels and that’s what I needed for this trip. The room was clean but the hallway needed some work. The secondary latch was loose on the inside. My problem arose as we were trying to sleep. Someone was going in and out of a door near our room all night. I’m assuming it was outside. I barely slept because it made me very uneasy. I had my elderly mom with me so I wanted to keep her safe. It looked like they were attempting to update some things...

"Great property! Very close to Cave Run marina. Super clean, well furnished, and just perfect for 2 people that need a good, cool place to sleep and clean up after a full day on the lake. We were very comfortable there and will most certainly be back!"

"Such a cozy cabin. Clean, accessible and tucked neatly away on a creek. Had everything you could want for a quick cozy getaway. Will definitely be back."

"The cabin by the lake was absolutely amazing! From the smell of wood when you enter the door to the cleanliness and attractiveness, it couldn't have been better! Short drive to Stony Cove was the best! The cabin had everything you need for the stay, cleaning supplies, utensils, firewood! It's so quiet and private at the Cabin by the Lake! Keep up the good work!"

"The place was absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The place was very clean and overall a great experience."

"Nice, clean place to stay."

"Had a really great time, everything was clean, felt right at home. The washer dryer combo along with the large tv/samsung plus was a nice bonus. Will be back for sure."

"Was in for a festival and wanted to also see the nearby lake. It was perfect, had everything you can need, and was clean. Would definitely stay again!"

"It was exactly like it was listed. Quiet and comfortable"

"I recommend for sure."

"Very clean. Living room is spacious for a group. Front and back decks are easy to enjoy. Beautiful scenery. Definitely family/friendly environment. Location was convenient for lake access. Convenience of a gas station and a couple of restaurant/bars right down the road."
