"Nice and quiet location, very quaint. It’s inside Sweet Briar’s college grounds, which on a busy day requires registration at the entry security gate, no issues there, just a quick checkpoint for college traffic safekeeping we learned. The Inn itself is well maintained for an older building. However age is not an issue, all standard hotel amenities are up to date. While this area is very convenient for the college, our destination was the town of Lynchburg, which worked well for our stay. All in...

"Clean rooms, a littler small but very comfortable and prepared with all things you may need. The staff very friendly. Parking accessible. I recommend for sure. "

"The food was fresh and delicious. Brenda and Kevin made our stay the perfect getaway!"

"Beautiful location. Wonderful hosts that communicated well. The large screened porch with the view and sound of the river was exactly the peace we hoped to enjoy. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching deer from the comfort of the porch. The yard was well kept, which was nice when we wanted to head down to the river. There was a fire pit with everything needed down near the river. The hosts even left some fishing rods and tackle if we wanted to fish a bit. We took a...

"Our stay in this delightful cabin was amazing. Lorraine could not have been a better host, and everything we needed was there. Cozy was a great word, as my son and I felt it was a home away from home. We had planned on immediatley hiking, but decided to relax at the cabin for a bit first. loved the chickens and ducks, and they did not make any noise. Will definitely be staying again."

"Harmony Hill was a great place to spend a quiet night after exploring the area. It was very clean, and the hosts Mary and Bill were kind and attentive. Breakfast was abundant and well prepared, and my husband's dietary needs were well attended to. We enjoyed!"

"Quaint little property with friendly owners. Well maintained in a beautiful part of the mountains."

"We had a great time staying here! Everything was clean, we felt safe, and the property views were amazing! Beautiful home. Kyle was very quick to respond and helpful. They also made check-out a breeze. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"We stayed at this property during the July 4th holiday and were disappointed with our experience. The home does not have air conditioning. While the listing may not advertise A/C, it would have been helpful to know this before arrival, especially during a heat wave with heat indexes exceeding 100F. When I contacted the owner, I was told the mountain air would cool the house at night. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. At 9:45 p.m. one evening, the temperature was still 81F, and the house...

"A very nice clean comfortable well furnished house. Great value for the space on gets. Nothing fancy but everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Not much to do or see in the immediate vicinity but if travels take you to this part of the world it is a good choice. Host was very responsive when I needed to contact."

"The host was very informative about check-in and what to expect. The house was clean, cute, and very peaceful. Loved the view from the backyard. Definitely recommend!"

"This place is a great get away in the mountains. Definitely has everything you need for a break from life. A bit scary to get to the place through the mountain roads but if thats not a problem for you then I would recommend this place anytime. The lack of wifi and signal is nice to make you stop and enjoy whats around you. Feels like camping to get people to just enjoy the outdoors or whatever entertainment you bring with you. The place was nice and clean and full of everything you need for...

"The house was perfect for our group of 4 guys up on a golf weekend. Nice and cozy we had a fire going every night. The only real negative is finding it! But that's true for every house at Wintergreen and we came in the night."

"Peaceful, beautiful, and a convenient location. I highly recommend this spacious clean home on beautiful land."
