"Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm."

"This worked well for our visit to Alamosa. It is just a few minutes from Adams State University and very convenient for being able to watch our son's practice and visit his apartment. It is also close to downtown. The home was comfortable and had all that was needed for cooking and grilling. "

We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. "Everything was really nice. High end everything inside the cabin and very comfortable. It is very remote and we saw a bear when we were there. Hot tub clean, fun amenities. Cabin itself was great. Only feedback is that the damage deposit they charge at reservation was very high (1500) and took forever to get back. Maybe lower that deposit?"

"This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming...
