"First room we saw was full of old furniture and missing windows blades. The bathroom was also a mess. The second room was musky and located across from the entrance of an entertainment center. We were only able to sleep from 2am to 5am due to noise."

"The only down side is the house keeping, if you are going to stay long maybe you will need to hire someone to clean the room. Other than that the condo is in good conditions, clean and secure. Near main shopping areas, entertaiment and everythig is 10 minutes walk."

"Deberia estar cerrado el hotel mientras está en construcción. No es excelente, es terrible y carisimo. Quise cancelar al llegar y ver las instalaciones precarias y en pésimo estado, y no me lo permitieron. Una pésima experiencia. Orbitz no deberia calificarlo como excelente. Deberisn devolverme mi plata un dia perdido en Ocho Rios!"

"The house was clean , the bedroom had a comfy big bed , lots of space in the bathroom , great living area to Eat and mingle . Only thing I would recommend maybe a fan in the living area . The room has AC and ceiling fan gets ice cold. The living area has a ceiling fan but maybe a standing fan would be better. The house keeper was super friendly And sweet . The host was quick with the emails and communication 😊. The ground are well kept, and your right on the beach and restaurants . Thank you I...

"My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time."

"The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. The host Ms. Powell took excellent care of us and was there from the moment we booked to guide and advise us. Thanks for an amazing stay are your villa."

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"It was so quiet and peaceful. Spacious. In addition to this house, the other homes were also beautiful. It was a nice treat to walk around and take pictures of everyone’s garden. Lots of orchids. There was a great Sunday Brunch with lovely live music. "

"The oner cancel my reservation but he say that I need 72 hr before the reservation and not same day .No fase . and in Orbitz never say this no fear and Orbitz receive the money but no the oner . Now Orbitz return my money to me . Please confirm "
