"Smoke detector had a cover over it, couch had cig burn on it as did the coffee table. Balcony door did not lock. There was an annoying constant beep all night which before we left found it to be the washing machine."

"The property was one block away from Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and train station and two blocks away from the Markets. The pool area was popular with our children. The rooms needed better cleaning (tv had hand prints all over it and cushions were stained). Communication with the property was terrible - sent them a couple of messages via Expedia regarding parking - when they didn’t respond after a few days, I called them to be told that parking was now no longer available. "Everything was good except that the bathroom was a bit small. The noise level is a bit high as the was was thin also it was quite cold."

"The room was on the third floor, not as high as advertised, great location and value for money but could be improved by adding heating in bedroom, rubbish bin in kitchen and extraction and heating in the bathroom."
