"This property was in an excellent location with a train to the city right across the street and a supermarket and restaurants within steps. I asked for a room at the back and it was very quiet. Bed was comfy and shower was great, I used the kitchen for breakfast and a light dinner, plus a washer and dryer is so amazing on a longer trip. My only negatives were that the whole space was dark and the walls needed washing and painting and I mentioned this to the front desk, but I would stay again!"

"Property, entry and host communication was excellent. Apartment very neat and tidy, with everything we needed. Road traffic noise a little bit much for us, its a very busy road, but we did come from the country so we're not used to it. Excellent location for trains."

"Convenient location but rather noisy
The lack of a second set of entry keys was very inconvenient ,incomprehensible for a 4-6 person accomodation. We eventually were able to borrow the cleaners set of keys at a cost of $35 !!
Found some clothing items left behind by previous
guests .
Tie/pin down corner of lounge carpet ....a tripping hazard!
A few missing items:
# bottle/can opener ,corkscrew. and scissor . We bought a "waiters friend" at BigW for $4.
# plastic (safe) cups for the...

"Confusing location. VRBO pin locates the flat at Rockley Road but the flat is actually on Toorak Road. Everything was fine. Few small things needed to make it an outstanding property for the price. Parking is down a very narrow driveway by the side of the building. Do NOT attempt to park here with a big car. "
