"We were a little worried when we arrived and the hallways were quite dirty and smelled like mould, but the room itself was in somewhat better shape. It has had some Renos but needs more. It was alright for a short stay but I wouldn’t want to stay here long as it didn’t feel very secure. The bolt on our door was broken and there were chips where someone had tried to break in at one point. That was a worry. The shower/bathroom was newish and reasonably clean. The kitchen was clean also. There were...

"Overall the room was tidy and presentable. Some minor concerns include the trash cans were in need of replacing .. one of them had a broken lid when operating. There was very little to no hand wash over the vanity and the box of tissues was nearly empty. The grout in the tiles and seal in the shower need a thorough scrub with ‘ exit mould’. Not appealing to look at. Once you get the hang of the carpark and its location ( not attracted to the accomodation)…. it is fine. Only a few spaces … so...

"I organised a late check in for 1am due to a late flight. The check in instructions were received, accurate and ensured smooth entry. I got up to my room only to find the door was wide open. It's pretty uncomfortable for a solo female traveller to arrive at the room with a door wide open, and during the night too when there's no staff onsite. The room itself was fine. The bed and pillows are comfy, it does the job for a one night stay. The hotel in general is a little worn in places but it...
