"None of the welcome gifts or complimentary drinks were really offered or even explained outright. We missed the breakfast but that's on us however those other things kind of ruined the vibe for me. Not to mention a really rotten almost body like smell right outside the venue"

"Staff went out of their way to be helpful. I booked the wrong style of room - they moved me to another room at no extra cost."

"Very centrally located. Rooms were very acceptable."

"シャワールームですが、ハンドシャワーがなく、天井のレインシャワーしかなく、何かと使い勝手が悪く感じた。また、トイレがシャワートイレではなくあのクラスのホテルにしてはちょっと意外な気がした。"

"Overall, this is a pleasant stay in the new hotel. The only pity is that TFE doesn't record my booking in the hotel loyalty portal."

"Hotel was convenient to getting around and decor pleasant. I can't comment on the breakfast as I don't eat enough to warrant the cost. I stayed for 5 nights and didn't require room cleaned on the 2nd day, but wasn't told on checking in that they have limited staff on public holidays, so I went 2 nights, expecting the room to be vaccumed and dusted on 3rd day, but it wasn't. I heard every door on my floor shut when other guests were leaving their rooms ... some guests would slam their doors ......

"Excellent facilities and close to transport, very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff."

"Got to hotel very late after cancellation of my train trip. Reception was open and I was treated very well. Lovely room and delicious breakfast. Thank you for a restful stay."

"Facilities are neat and all people at the reception are so friendly and helpful. Very good hotel"

"Great place great staff"

"My stay at Lane House was phenomenal! Gorgeous hotel, phenomenal architecture, clean, quiet, beautiful finishes, the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in! On a quiet lane, close to public transit and shopping. I would 100% stay here again."

"Staff helpful and rooms very clean. Only minor issue was that the kettle didn’t work and there was no replacement available. Great location."
