"The hotel was a comfortable stay, and it was nice to have a kitchenette. There was plenty of parking right beside the hotel. It is only a 30-minute walk to the heart of the city. Overall, very good value for what we paid."

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to a tram stop and 1 stop to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and helpful although housekeeping needs attention as they missed topping up the coffee pods for the Nespresso machine a few times, no big deal however considering the premium price you pay, well i think this is expected. "We’ll Switzerland is very expensive so we had to settle for less. It’s clean and walking distance to a couple restaurants and also in safe areas! Small but did the job. Hotel staff very nice."

"Clean property. Sauna was amazing - would have been better if there was a shower just outside just to cool down. Provided with us a card which allowed us to visit numbers of place free of cost - saved used around $$$. Issue checking in due to iPad not working (as no front desk available). The booking said they provide with a card which allows us to travel for free on local transport - never got it."

"The property did not have appropriate cooling. We were provided with a basement room, which was NOT advertised on the listing. It had no cooling apart from a small fan, which did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep both of the nights as the room was too hot and could not be cooled. There were a couple of windows but they were at street level, which meant if we opened them, people could see in. It was too hot outside to open the windows."
