"Lovely old house & gardens, undergoing a full renovation by the enthusiastic owners. We really liked it - if you like a bit quirky, you will like it too. There was also a very impressive & thought provoking WW1 memorial just a few miles away, that was well worth spending time in."

The house is quite big and equipped with everything you need. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and it was perfect. You have everything you need.The outside area was big and very beautiful! "Having been told there was plenty of parking we arrived to find a car rally had taken virtually every space. When we enquired whether there would be spaces later on our return from going out for dinner we were told we could park on nearby streets, not very appealling with a fully packed car! In the end the rally had left by the time we got back, though why reception didn't say this heaven only knows! Otherwise a perectly functional hotel well postioned for visiting the local area."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed as a family of 3. The room packed space for a 3 night stay. This was also hindered by the fact that every 2/3 flushes the toilet would stop refilling. Instead of moving us, the staff taught my husband how to fix it from the corridor and left us to it. When we complained about it, we were offer d a free coffee"

"Quiet and charming bed and breakfast. It was perfect stay for our family of 4 after visiting the war museums and sites in the Somme region. "

"First of all, the room didn’t resemble any of the pictures shown on the website. Our room reeked of old cigarr and we had to have our Windows opened at all times. The beds were not comfortable and really worn out, and the toilet and the shower resembled more those found aboard ships. The staff couldn’t speak one Word in english, but Google translate did the trick. The breakfast was really simple with limited options. We were not satisfied with the overall experience."
