"The room was horrible, the bathroom stunk!! The elevator was scary went down to reception and there was water running through the elevator they said they were cleaning upstairs and the water runs through. Only one sheet on the bed. Did not have breakfast because it looked do dirty did not want to risk it. We slept and out out of there"

"No routine housekeeping, all they are after is money and wouldn’t care about good service to offer to guests. For instance, i stayed in two different rooms for 5 nights which both had issues with water heaters in the toilets. I complained on the very day i checked in, could you believe that they kept lying to me every day that i should the next night and they would work on it but i slept for 5 nights without the heater being repaired. It was absolutely awful and horrible experience, we agreed on...

"The property is clean. I noticed that the stove was a bit not clean when I checked in. But generally was clean. The washroom cabinet was broken, I let the team know and they fixed but didn’t last. The team was very cooperative but sometime I need to repeat the request to get things done. Generally it was a good experience. Most likely will come again"
