"Top pour les familles avec des enfants grâce au kids club, beaucoup d'activité pour les enfants et le personnel attentionné. Service au restaurant The Nest déplorable, l'hôte nous demande tous les matins ce que l'on souhaite en boisson mais ne nous les apporte jamais ! Ils font juste de la politesse en surface. La plupart des cuisiniers ne parlent pas anglais, difficile d'émettre notre commande ... Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout réactif, ils nous disent "oui" à notre demande mais ne viennent...

"Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable"

"Overall the property was beautiful and well kept. The amenities were great. Some things were closed due to a wedding so we left the property to eat more often. The staff was very kind and attentive. My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. We remembered to ask during one our times eating but forgot during another time and during my spa service so unfortunately we did not receive the discount. I would like to see that being applied automatically since they...

"Der Strand ist wunderschön ☺️ wir wussten das das Hotel ziemlich weite abgeschottet war. Wer mittendrin sein möchte muss nach Khao Lak. Wir haben und Roller gemietet und waren auch selber unterwegs. Die Preise sind hoch im Hotel so wie in alles anderen 5 Sterne Hotels. Es gibt aber viele Alternativen drum herum. Unglaublich freundliche sind alles ob im Hotel oder außerhalb. Wir würden das Hotel wieder empfehlen. Unseren Kindern 9j und 11 j hat es sehr gefallen "
