"Wonderful property for a family gathering. We made full use of the pool, play area and outdoor pizza oven. Inside we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and all the eating areas. Lots of sleeping space for our family of 10. Great location, short drive to Sandbanks beaches, shopping and restaurants. Monica was an excellent host, quick to respond to our questions. "

"We celebrated a bachelorette and it was absolutely amazing. The wine is also delicious. We took the meditarrean supper and charcuterie board with our stay, which was the best! This place is a hidden gen. Would definately recommend."

"Belle grande et vieille maison bien rénovée. Loge très bien 8 personnes (2 familles). Les lits sont confortables. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Beau grand espace extérieur pour manger, faire du BBQ et pour jouer avec les enfants et 2 grands stationnement . Hôte très sympathique et disponible. Le seul petit bémol est la rue passante devant la maison qui est bruyante. La ville de Picton est très charmante et les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds de la maison. "Property is really close to the pavilion and pool as well as park. It’s a nice layout and private as it in the last cottage and to the left is a grassy area. This was our second time staying here and it was very nice. "

"The space was very artfully remodeled. It was bright and airy with tall ceilings. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen - and the whole space - were very clean and had everything we needed. We were only passing through but we wished we could have stayed longer. The host, Kim, was lovely. "

"Amazing place with wild rabbits and chipmunks running about. It is close to sandbanks beach and with a great view out the back over the fields with the sunset. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could need and with sharp knives."

"The guesthouse is very clean, the host is easy to join. There were snacks available when we got there, as well as coffee and milk. The bbq eas very useful. Though small, the kitchen was well equiped."

"We were two families (4 adults and 5 children) and the house was perfect for our group. It is very large, well equiped and in a ideal location between the beach and the wineries. I recommand this place! "
